I’m a management consultant specializing in long term corporate strategy development and enhancement. Working in many complex environments, I strive to address complexities while sharpening the definition and focus on the factors that most greatly affect your future. It places emphasis on building critical human intellectual capital through improved understanding of the motivational and performance needs of individuals, communities of practitioners, and the overall business. My approach further includes financial performance, emphasizing long term performance over the all-too-common focus on quarterly or current-year performance. I bring extensive executive level experiences gained through numerous private and public sector assignments. Prior to starting my current consulting practice, I served as President and Chief Strategy Officer at Metron Aviation, a scientific and engineering developer of air traffic management concepts and technologies. I served at the Federal Aviation Administration for 25 years, last serving as the Vice President for Operations Planning.
